I don't have enough great things to say about Ben & the team. The company bought the building our apartment is in from a large real estate company and we could see the changes immediately. Our calls were answered by Ben himself and all the things the previous owners had failed to do like manage the landscaping, repair the decks, and service all of the plumbing and electric were all done almost overnight. Purchased in 2017, this 1920s multi-family building located in a peaceful Dover neighborhood underwent thoughtful renovations from 2017-2018. Each apartment was updated to include extra bathrooms and bedrooms, creating more comfortable and spacious living areas. The upgrades enhanced the overall living experience while preserving the unique 20th-century charm that residents love. The property was managed with care from 2017 to 2024, ensuring a welcoming home for all who lived there.
The Spring Street Project (Newmarket)
Purchased in 2017, this 1800’s multi-family building in Newmarket’s beautiful downtown was purchased and underwent numerous renovations. The exterior porches were rebuilt, units were updated, and important systems like water heaters, electrical, and plumbing were upgraded. Paved parking lots were added, along with laundry facilities in each unit. These improvements brought modern finishes and upgraded amenities to all residents, while still preserving the building's 19th-century charm. The property is currently under management.
The South Street Project (Exeter)
Purchased in 2020, this 1850’s multi-unit building in Exeter’s thriving downtown was purchased and tastefully updated. The units were renovated with new kitchens, bathrooms, and updated mechanical systems. The result is a modern, comfortable living space with upgraded fixtures and amenities—a place residents are proud to call home. The property is currently under management.
